Tuna Salad

What you need
- 2 cups tuna or cubed turkey
- 1 cup cold cooked rice
- 1 cup coarsely shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup french salad dressing
- 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 Tbl. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbl. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of Pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except mayo and almonds. Chill.
- Just before serving add mayo & almonds. Toss to mix.
