Curried Turkey & Broccoli

What you need
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups seasoned mashed potatoes
- 1 large can 10 1/2 oz Cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teas lemon juice
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder
- two cups cut up turkey
- 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/3 cup almonds (optional)
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350º
- Grease square baking dish 8x8x2 inches.
- Stir eggs into potato - Spread on bottom of dish.
- Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in med bowl until blended.
- Stir in turkey and broccoli
- Spoon onto potato crust
- Bake 20 min. then sprinkle with almonds Bake 15 more min
Without the potato crust and is a good casserole alone.
Serves 6
