100% Whole Wheat Bread

What you need

  1. 1 1/2 cups water
  2. 1 Tbl Olive Oil
  3. 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  4. 1 Tbl agave syrup or other sugar substitute (optional)
  5. 3 1/2 cups King Arthur whole wheat flour (fresh - stored in freezer)
  6. 1 1/2 tsp yeast (fresh - stored in refrigerator)

How to make it

  1. Use whole wheat/white bread setting, medium crust.

If you use a different brand of flour, you may need to adjust the other ingredients. Don't use white wheat flour.

This bread toasts nicely.
