Baked Kohlrabi Chips
What you need
- 2 medium kohlrabi, peeled and sliced very thin on a mandoline
- Olive Oil
- Kosher salt & Fresh black pepper
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375º
- Spray or brush lightly with oil 2 baking trays
- Spread kohlrabi slices in a single layer on the trays
- Spray or lightly brush tops of each slice with oil
- Bake turning once until chips are beginning to brown around the edges
These cook to about the same texture as sweet potato chips
