Cabbage Rolls

What you need
- 12 large Cabbage leaves
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup minced onion or shallots
- 1/2 teas Salt & Pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teas Worcestershire sauce
How to make it
- Immerse Cabbage leaves in large kettle of boiling water for about 3 minutes, until limp, drain
- Combine egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef and cooked rice.
- Place 1/2 cup meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.
- Fold in sides and roll ends over meat.
- Place in 9x13 baking dish
- Combine tomato sauce with brown sugar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over Cabbage rolls.
- Cover and cook 275 degrees all day
