Kathy's Chili

What you need

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 carton Frozen Johnson Chili block (frozen food section)
  4. 2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 3 tbl Grandma's Chili powder (or more)
  7. 2 large cans kidney beans, drained
  8. 3 tsp salt

How to make it

  1. Brown hamburger with onion and black pepper
  2. Addtomato sauce and 1/2 cup water
  3. Add the Chili block, Chili powder, kidney beans and Salt
  4. Cook covered for 20 to 30 min. Turn off heat.
  5. Let set until dinner time or overnight, Then warm slowly until hot

Delicious the second day
