Ella's Chop Suey

This versions serves a crowd. It can be cut in half for a more managable amount.

What you need

  1. 2 lbs chopped Beef
  2. 2 lbs chopped Pork
  3. 1 sm pkg spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions
  4. 1 cup rice cooked according to package directions
  5. 1 sm cabbage chopped
  6. 4 sm onions
  7. 1 bunch celery chopped
  8. 1 large can tomato's
  9. 1 large can bean sprouts
  10. Salt & Pepper

How to make it

  1. Fry Beef and Pork together until cooked.
  2. Saute onions and celery together until tender.
  3. Put everything in large baking dish and mix.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Rice may be omitted.
