This versions serves a crowd. It can be cut in half for a more
managable amount.
What you need
- 2 lbs chopped Beef
- 2 lbs chopped Pork
- 1 sm pkg spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup rice cooked according to package directions
- 1 sm cabbage chopped
- 4 sm onions
- 1 bunch celery chopped
- 1 large can tomato's
- 1 large can bean sprouts
- Salt & Pepper
How to make it
- Fry Beef and Pork together until cooked.
- Saute onions and celery together until tender.
- Put everything in large baking dish
and mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Rice may be omitted.
