Corn on the Cob (easiest version ever!)

Tyler Florence's recipe for oven corn on the cob. It's a pretty simple recipe, so here are a couple of clarifying points; 1) No prep really needed - the silk comes right off with the husk when it's cooked. 2) I do trim each end and pull/cut away any loose pieces of husk.

What you need

  1. Corn cobs, with silk and husks ON
  2. Salt & pepper if you want to serve with it

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. If you like, trim ends (remove loose, protruding silks at top and some of the extraneous bottom stalk)
  3. Place corn directly on the oven rack
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes
  5. Remove and cool for a few minutes, then pull of the husks and silks
