Corn on the Cob (easiest version ever!)
Tyler Florence's recipe for oven corn on the cob. It's a pretty simple recipe, so here are a couple of clarifying points; 1) No prep really needed - the silk comes right off with the husk when it's cooked. 2) I do trim each end and pull/cut away any loose pieces of husk.
What you need
- Corn cobs, with silk and husks ON
- Salt & pepper if you want to serve with it
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350º
- If you like, trim ends (remove loose, protruding silks at top and some of the extraneous bottom stalk)
- Place corn directly on the oven rack
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
- Remove and cool for a few minutes, then pull of the husks and silks
