Debbie's Chicken Enchiladas

What you need

  1. Cooked chicken
  2. 1 can red enchilada sauce (can be home-made)
  3. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 can kidney beans
  5. 1 small can black olives, sliced
  6. 10 large flour tortillas

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. Combine soup and enchilada sauce
  3. Place some sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish
  4. Add chicken, beans and olives to remaining sauce
  5. Fill tortillas will chicken mixture, reserving a bit for the top
  6. Place filled tortillas in pan
  7. Spread remaining mixture over top
  8. Bake 30-40 minutes until hot and bubbly
