Glazed Carrots

What you need

  1. 2 bunches baby carrots
  2. 6 Tbl. butter
  3. 6 Tbl. sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or ginger

How to make it

  1. Wash carrots. Scrape if desired. Leave whole.
  2. Boil carrots in a small amount of salted water about 12 - 15 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a large skillet. Cook, stirring until well blended.
  5. Add carrots, cook over low heat, shaking the pan to glaze carrots.
