Glazed Carrots

What you need
- 2 bunches baby carrots
- 6 Tbl. butter
- 6 Tbl. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or ginger
How to make it
- Wash carrots. Scrape if desired. Leave whole.
- Boil carrots in a small amount of salted water about 12 - 15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain
- Combine remaining ingredients in a large skillet. Cook, stirring until well blended.
- Add carrots, cook over low heat, shaking the pan to glaze carrots.
