This is very good as is, but just for a change - If desired you could add 1/2 chopped onion and / or a few sliced mushrooms.

What you need

  1. 1 lb hamburger
  2. 2 cans of mushroom soup
  3. 1 T Kitchen Bouquet (A browning and Seasoning Sauce)
  4. Pepper to taste

How to make it

  1. DO NOT ADD SALT soup has enough salt
  2. Brown hamburger,
  3. If onions or both onions and mushrooms are used, sauté them together and remove from pan then brown hamburger.
  4. Add 2cans mushroom soup and the kitchen bouquet.
  5. Add onions and mushrooms back in and stir.
  6. Add pepper to taste. Ready to serve.

Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles cooked al denté.
