Mushrooms Au Gratin

What you need

  1. 1 lb mushrooms
  2. 1/3 Cup sour cream
  3. 1 Tablespoon flour
  4. 1/2 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
  5. 2 Tablespoons Butter
  6. Salt & Pepper
  7. 1/2 cup parseley (optional)

How to make it

  1. Slice mushrooms.
  2. Heat Butter.
  3. Sauté mushrooms stirring until slightly browned.
  4. Cook about 2 minutes (until they exude juices)
  5. Blend sour cream with salt pepper and flouruntil smooth.
  6. Stir in mushrooms and heat stirring until blended and begin to boil.
  7. Remove from heat and pour into shallow pan.
  8. Sprinkle Swiss Chees evenly over the mushrooms (add parsley if desired)
  9. Place uncovered in 425 degree oven and heat through about 15 min. or refrigerate and serve cold.
