Sautéed Cabbage & Pears

What you need
- 1 cabbage Shredded
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Pears
- 4 Shallots
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth (use vegetable broth for Vegetarian)
- 2/3 cup dried sour Cherries
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons minced parsley
- Salt & Pepper to taste
How to make it
- In large dutch oven, melt butter over med. heat,
- Add pears and shallots,ð sauté until soft
- Add garlic
- Saute another 1 1/2 minutes, (don't brown)
- Add chicken broth, mix
- Add cabbage cook turning often until Cabbage is cooked the way you like it.
