Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

What you need

  1. 1 lb. uncooked shrimp
  2. 2 cups dry white wine
  3. 1 tbl Old Bay Seasoning or other seafood seasoning blend
  4. 1 recipe Seafood Cocktail Sauce
  5. Boston Lettuce leaves
  6. Celery sticks

How to make it

  1. Add wine and seasoning to a saucepan and bring to a low boil
  2. Add shrimp and cook just until done (about 2-5 minutes depending on size)
  3. Turn off heat and remove shrimp to a plate
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  5. On a salad plate, place one or two lettuce leaves
  6. Add about 1/2 cup of the cocktail sauce
  7. Top with 1/4 of the cooked shrimp
  8. Add two celery sticks to garnish
