Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce
What you need
- 1 lb. uncooked shrimp
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 tbl Old Bay Seasoning or other seafood seasoning blend
- 1 recipe Seafood Cocktail Sauce
- Boston Lettuce leaves
- Celery sticks
How to make it
- Add wine and seasoning to a saucepan and bring to a low boil
- Add shrimp and cook just until done (about 2-5 minutes
depending on size)
- Turn off heat and remove shrimp to a plate
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- On a salad plate, place one or two lettuce leaves
- Add about 1/2 cup of the cocktail sauce
- Top with 1/4 of the cooked shrimp
- Add two celery sticks to garnish
