Brittany's Stuffed Eggs

What you need

  1. 6 eggs (at room temp. - to reduce breaking)
  2. 1/4 cup real Mayonnaise
  3. 1 Tbl. Sweet Pickle Relish
  4. 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
  5. 1/4 tsp. salt
  6. dash of Pepper
  7. Paprika

How to make it

  1. Place eggs in warm water, bring to a boil; simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove and cool eggs.
  3. Peel & cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks.
  4. Mash yolks with a fork into small crumbs.
  5. Add mayo, relish, mustard, salt & pepper. Combine well.
  6. With a teaspoon, mound yolk mixtures into whites.
  7. Sprinkle with Paprika
