Swiss Steak

What you need
- 2 - 2 1/2 lb. round, chuck, or sirloin steak
- flour for dusting meat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups water or beef broth
- 2 - 3 Tbl. Ketchup
- Salt and Black pepper
- 1 - 2 Tbl. Kitchen Bouquet
How to make it
- Cut round steak in serving pieces
- Brown steak with onion.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring just to the boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and place in a 300 degree oven for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
