4-6 slices of bacon
1 onion Chopped
1 garlic clove
6-7 small zucchini
8 oz. can tomato sauce or 1 large tomato
  • Brown bacon and remove onto paper towel
  • Brown onion and add garlic
  • Add thin slices of zucchini
  • Sauté until lightly browned
  • Add tomato sauce or tomato
  • Simmer 20 to 30 minutes and serve
