Shortcut Tacos
Lower calorie and faster than
Tilapia Tacos Supreme.
What you need
- 1 lb. Tilapia fillets
- 6 La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious tortillas at room temperature
- Favorite fresh salsa (refrigerator section - be sure to check ingredients/calories)
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 large grated carrot
- 2 cups finely shredded lettuce
- 1 can vegetarian refried beans or use one of the beans method from Tilapia Tacos
Supreme recipe
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- Hot Sauce (Optional)
How to make it
- Heat refried beans or prepare recipe from Tilapia Tacos Supreme
- Coarsly chop cilantro
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat
- When hot, add 2 tablespons olive oil
- Salt and pepper tilapia
- Place into the skillet
- Cook, turning once until done and flaky

To assemble: Place a tortilla on a plate, place some fish in the center,
top with a spoonful of beans and a nice mound of greens and some cilantro. Top with salsa
and hot sauce if desired.
