         Don't we all love pizza!

Pizza is one of America's favorite fast-foods. If you're like me, you don't like to eat fast food if possible, so how about fixing it at home? You have control over the ingredients from start to finish, so you can be assured of the quality of the food. You can also make it exactly the way you like, and even come up with new pizza ideas.

We are including a basic white pizza dough with variations, along with a whole wheat pizza dough, for those who want a higher fiber/protein food.

Using a bread maker to prepare the dough makes this a very quick meal. Baking pizza in your oven on a pizza stone delivers a superb result. The stones are fairly inexpensive, but they often come with misleading instructions. For the brick-oven pizza results, you need to preheat the stone in the oven to 450-500 degrees. Use a pizza peel (available at most kitchen supply stores) to place the pizza onto the stone when the oven is piping hot. You'll love this!
