Trying to come up with some healthier recipes to start the day, we've managed to learn some interesting things about other cultures. For example, in some countries breakfast is more like a picnic with cheese, peppers, dips and spreads, breads and tea. In yet other places, beans and rice are breakfast staples. We've also added some recipes that use multiple healthy grains and alternative ingredients. Check out our traditional recipes as well as some of the unusual ones we've listed.
