2 - 2 1/2 lb. round, chuck, or sirloin steak
flour for dusting meat
2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 cups water or beef broth
2 - 3 Tbl. Ketchup
Salt and Black pepper
1 - 2 Tbl. Kitchen Bouquet
  • Cut round steak in serving pieces
  • Brown steak with onion.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Bring just to the boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and place in a 300 degree oven for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
