Many of my fondest recollections of childhood are sparked by the scent of roasting meats.
Do you remember the scent of Leg of Lamb, Beef Pot Roast, Prime Rib... Those scents evoke such strong memories that I sometimes find myself
cooking them just for the memories. I also love the long-cooked stews and soups that have such intense flavor and character. That's comfort food!
